Designed with the homeless and the needy in mind.
We understand that some do not wish to commit to a long-term residential program and this is why our program is open to everyone, residents and non-residents alike. The goal is to offer individualized case management services that will ultimately result in a better living situation. Where there is homelessness, we hope to be instrumental in securing housing and ways to provide for it. We do this by making use of all the community resources and existing social services. Our long-term standing in the area gives us valuable knowledge that we eagerly share with those seeking help.

We value your comments and suggestions. A "Client Grievances Policy" is in place at Crossroads Mission for New Life & New Way program participants. The policy and the grievance forms are available at our shelter locations, the Foundation Center, and First Step Center.
